What are your areas of focus?
We work mainly with adults struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and identity although these concerns are often accompanied by other struggles as well. Often times these may be accompanied by symptoms of depression, sleep challenges, chronic health issues, addiction, and so on. We personalize treatment to best address your areas of concern and consider a more holistic route to our care.

What populations do you work with?

Do you accept insurance?
All of our services are out-of-network so we do not accept insurance. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider depending on your plan and we have partnered with Mentaya to take the stress out of that process for you! Click here to learn more.

This is my first time in therapy - what can I expect?
For many of us, starting therapy for the first time can be intimidating and scary! It’s a place for us to talk through different challenges we face in order to improve self-awareness, gain clarity, learn new tools, and feel more connected to our authentic self.
Your first session will be an intake appointment which is where your therapist will gather more details about you. This is a time where your therapist is getting to know you better and for you to get a feel for your therapist’s style! After this session, your therapist will work collaboratively with you to address your goals.
Therapy isn’t easy and clients find they often get from it what they put in - the payoff is up to you, and your therapist will meet you wherever you are in your journey towards healing!
